Job Advertisement: Project Manager (Full Time)

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, and quality assurance of projects in line with organizational procedures.

Job Specifications

Qualifications & Experience

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Environmental Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

·        Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in development, environmental, or NGO sectors

Proven track record in: Successful project proposal writing and donor reporting

End-to-end project cycle management

Budget management and financial oversight

Partnership development and stakeholder management

 Required Skills & Competencies

·        Ability to develop and implement comprehensive project strategies

·        Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication in French (English proficiency is a strong asset)

·        Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive project success

·        Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities

·        Flexibility to travel and work in various field locations as required

Contractual Details

·        Contract Type: Definite Duration (1Year)

·        Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday)

·        Salary: Negotiable

·        Benefits: CNPS registration, paid annual leave after 12 months, public holidays.

·        Location: Based in Douala with potential assignment to other project sites.

·        Start Date: As soon as possible
